Welcome To The Poetry Of A Menacing Mind.
Here you’ll find the written work I’m doing in counseling. Many of these poems can be both eye opening and heart wrenching at the same time. These poems were written to help me heal from what the people in this world can do to us as emotion feeling people. My reason for adding this very personal and self exposing page is to remove the cloak of secrecy that allows these offences to continue in our society.
My hope is that after you’ve read these poems you will not be able to treat people the way I have been treated. My hope is to remind others that everyone has feelings. No matter how a person might look or how they might portray themselves they still have feelings and can be wounded by our unthinking actions. Even a leather menace can be seriously wounded if you cut them just right.
A SHADOWED HAUNTING
This poem was written to let people know about the very real danger that they can put themselves by staring at someone like they are a freak of nature.

This poem was written when I’d finally had enough of hiding who and what I am for the convenience of others.
